因与SKF公司（全球最大的轴承和密封件生产研发企业）项目合作需要，现拟招收1名博士后研究人员。项目研究内容包括🛺：
1）Impact of lubricant on seal rubber aging
2）Material analysis of aged seals
研究目标：
1）to develop an experimental technique to characterize material properties from aged seal samples;
2) to improve the prediction of the elastomer aging, specifically the change in modulus and permanent deformation over the life of the seal;
3) to identify the mechanisms responsible for the aging (at both the bulk and the surface of the seal).
要求🪀：
在高分子材料（尤其是橡胶）物理性能的表征方面有较好基础🔲，能熟练进行力学性能👫🏼、流变性能等方面的测试。
工作认真努力，有责任心。
性格开朗𓀐，有较强的团队合作精神。
有较好的英文写作能力。
待遇：
除北京凯发K8娱乐平台招商官方网站博士后的待遇外，项目组提供一定的奖金。
从即日起开始接受申请，研究计划从2010年6月开始。
